Q. How do I contact you if I have a question or potential improvement?

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Delivery is via overnight courier, and where possible, they will contact you with updates of your delivery slot. Standard despatch is next day 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri. If you require something different, please contact us.

Q. How will I receive my order?

A. You will be sent your carton(s) ready for assembly.

Q. Will my carton be difficult to assemble?

A. It’s easy to assemble the cartons as adhesive will already be in place, so you don’t need any glue. Some cartons can take a little longer than others to make-up but all folding is marked by creases, so if it’s your first time making up cartons, we always advise to pre-fold and assemble your cartons before removing the adhesive strip.

Q. How can I personalise my carton?

A. Sixy has already added options to personalise our most popular cartons. Follow the ordering prompts to add text and/or images to each panel, and check out the preview to ensure you’re happy with your design.

Q. I want to order something slightly different, do you make other cartons?

A. We are always adding new products and options to our popular products. If you require something even more unique, please contact us with your details, including as much information as possible about sizes, colours and quantities.
